The planning process

FOUR SIMPLE STEPS

Step One

Tell us about your event.

Check your date and share the basics: the venue, the headcount, and what the night is for. Simple planning questionnaires and personal communication at every step.

Step Two

Pick the booth, backdrop, props and templates.

We guide you through booths, packages, backdrops, and branding, then customize every visual detail in-house using your colors, logos, and fonts. This is also where you choose your add-ons to enhance the experience: keychains, trading cards, and custom props.

Step Three

We set up, keep it fun, and tear it down.

Early setup and teardown are always included, along with an on-site host and hype professional who keeps the line moving and the energy up all night.

Step Four

Your full gallery, online for six months.

Guests share instantly at the booth, and your gallery is delivered within 24 to 72 hours, then stays online for six months for the whole team to download.
